Return Policy & Cancellation

Right of withdrawal

Within 14 days of delivery, the customer may cancel a contract concluded via the Dadaserve Flexcube online shop without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. Cancellation must be made online, in writing, or by email. Failure to comply with this formal requirement will render the cancellation invalid.

Returning items

The return period is considered met if the customer notifies us of their cancellation within the stated 14-day period. The goods must be returned to Dadaserve Ltd at the customer's expense within 7 calendar days of cancellation. The date of the postmark or handover to the carrier is decisive for the return date.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Dadaserve Ltd will reimburse the customer for the purchase price. Shipping and delivery costs already incurred will not be refunded. The right of withdrawal is only valid under the conditions specified in this clause.

Customer's duty to check

Delivered goods as well as goods picked up in the branch must be checked immediately for accuracy, completeness and integrity.

Should a defect exist in the delivered goods, the customer is obligated to report the defect by email ( mail@dadaserve.ch ) no later than 14 days after becoming aware of the defect or after they could have become aware of it through careful inspection. The email must include a generally understandable description of the defect. At Dadaserve Ltd's request, photos illustrating the defect must also be provided and uploaded.

Upon delivery by a shipping company, the customer confirms the visual integrity of the shipment with their signature. Any shipping damage must be documented and noted on the delivery slip upon acceptance and reported within 3 business days via email ( mail@dadaserve.ch ). Dadaserve Ltd accepts no liability for visible damage unless noted by the customer on the delivery slip. In this case, the item must not be used and must be stored in its original condition.

Warranty and manufacturer's guarantee

Dadaserve Ltd strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality and guarantees that they are free from defects at the time of delivery. Specific terms and conditions apply to certain product categories listed below.

The standard two-year warranty period applies from the date of delivery, whereby Dadaserve Ltd may, at its discretion, fulfill the warranty by repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction. The invoice receipt serves as the warranty certificate.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs / transport costs are borne by the customer; this excludes return shipping and transport costs in the case of incorrect deliveries.
